Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PureSnapX, including our browser extension, website, paid plans, account features, support, and related services (together, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using PureSnapX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

PureSnapX is operated by:

Krzysztof Woźniczek - IT services
ul. Graniczna 2ea/19
54-610 Wrocław, Poland
NIP: 6391914982

Email: support@xpresspurge.com

Website: puresnapx.fun

In these Terms, "PureSnapX", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator listed above. "You" and "your" refer to the person or entity using the Service.

2. What PureSnapX Does

PureSnapX is a browser extension that helps you capture, clean, theme, annotate, and export visuals from X (posts, threads, profiles, analytics, and milestone-style cards).

Depending on your plan and settings, PureSnapX may include:

  • Snap button and shortcuts on supported X surfaces
  • Snap Studio for themes, frames, effects, captions, and annotations
  • PNG export, clipboard copy, carousel ZIP for selected thread posts
  • stitched thread images and Milestone Studio
  • local My Snaps library (IndexedDB / chrome storage)
  • Free-tier limits (for example a limited number of snaps)
  • Pro features such as unlimited snaps, watermark control, premium themes/presets, cloud library, public share links, and thread video (WebM) export where supported
  • activation via activation code, entitlement refresh, and device management when the backend is configured

The Service does not publish posts, follow accounts, like, or act on X on your behalf except through flows you explicitly trigger.

3. Relationship With X

PureSnapX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by X Corp., Twitter, Grok, or any related company.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of X and any site where you use the extension. X may change its website, APIs, layout, or policies at any time; such changes may affect whether PureSnapX works correctly.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. Where local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

5. Local-First Design

PureSnapX is designed to work locally by default. Captures, studio state, and the local library live in your browser unless you choose optional cloud, account, or share features.

Network communication may occur for:

  • fetching X/Twitter CDN media needed to render exports
  • paid checkout and billing (when enabled)
  • license activation and entitlement refresh
  • device listing/revocation
  • cloud library upload/download and public share links
  • waitlist signup on the website (email to Loops)

Our Privacy Policy explains local vs server processing in more detail.

6. Free and Pro Plans

PureSnapX may offer Free and Pro access.

Free (as currently described in product materials) includes core capture workflows with limits, including a free snap cap (currently 10 total snaps in the extension feature matrix), local library, PNG/clipboard/carousel basics, Milestone Studio, and free themes/presets, subject to change.

Pro unlocks paid features such as unlimited snaps, watermark removal/customization, premium themes and presets, cloud library, shareable links, and animated/thread video export, subject to the feature matrix in the product.

Website pricing currently promotes Pro as a lifetime / one-time purchase at the price shown on the site or checkout. The terms displayed at checkout control the commercial transaction.

We may add, change, rename, limit, or remove features over time. If we materially reduce paid functionality during a paid term, we will handle your rights according to applicable law.

7. Purchases, Merchant of Record, Taxes

When paid checkout is enabled, purchases are intended to be processed by Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, as merchant of record. Creem may be the seller of record, process payments, calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue invoices or receipts, manage payment compliance, and provide customer portal functionality.

You may provide billing information directly to Creem. We do not store full payment card details. Prices, taxes, currencies, and payment methods may vary by region and are shown at checkout.

8. Lifetime Access, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

Lifetime access (where offered) means access to paid PureSnapX extension features for the lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms, technical availability, platform changes (including Chrome and X), abuse prevention, and our continued operation of the Service. Lifetime does not guarantee that third-party platforms or every online feature will remain unchanged forever.

Refund availability depends on checkout terms, plan type, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

For digital content delivered immediately, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery where that affects withdrawal rights under applicable law.

For refund requests, contact support@xpresspurge.com with purchase email and order details. Payment-related refunds may be processed through Creem.

9. Account, License Activation, and Devices

Paid or cloud features may require an activation code entered in the extension, a device identifier for the installation, periodic entitlement refresh with a backend, and device management (list / revoke) when backend features are enabled.

You must not share activation codes, refresh tokens, or paid access with others outside your personal or authorized organizational use.

We may suspend or downgrade access if we reasonably believe a license is shared, resold, abused, fraudulently obtained, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass license checks except where mandatory law allows
  • sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit your license without our written permission
  • use the Service to violate X's terms or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights of people whose content appears in your captures)
  • interfere with our website, backend, payment provider, or infrastructure
  • attempt to access another user's account, license, devices, or data
  • remove or obscure product notices or branding in a way that misrepresents the source of the software

11. Your Captures and Responsibility

You control what you capture, edit, export, store, upload to the cloud, or make public via share links.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of exports is lawful — including rights in third-party content, trademarks, and personal data visible in screenshots.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on captured metrics, incomplete renders, or missed content when X's DOM or APIs change. If you create public share links, assume anyone with the link can view that snap.

12. Website Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you agree we may email you about PureSnapX early access and launch using the address you provide, in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable marketing rules (including double opt-in where enabled). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails.

13. Browser Stores and Third-Party Services

Use of the extension may also be subject to Chrome Web Store and browser provider terms.

The Service may rely on third parties including:

  • Supabase — backend, database, storage, edge functions (when online features are enabled)
  • Creem — checkout and merchant-of-record services (when paid checkout is enabled)
  • Loops — waitlist email on the website
  • X / Twitter infrastructure for the pages you browse and media required for exports

14. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. PureSnapX depends on browser extension APIs and X's website structure, which can change without notice.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, website, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PureSnapX for personal or internal business use.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. X content remains subject to X's and content owners' rights.

16. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. We are not required to treat feedback as confidential.

17. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • every capture will succeed or match on-screen appearance perfectly
  • exports will always be complete or accurate after X layout changes
  • free or paid features will remain compatible with every browser or OS version
  • online features will be immune from outages at third-party providers

You use the Service at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or third-party platform changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of:

  • the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim; or
  • EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnity

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights — to the extent permitted by law (this may not apply to consumers where prohibited).

20. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time (uninstall the extension; unsubscribe from emails).

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms; payment is refunded, charged back, or fraudulent; paid access ends; or your use creates legal, security, or abuse risk.

Local data may remain in your browser until you clear it or uninstall.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date and reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

EU consumers may have rights to bring claims in their country of residence and to rely on mandatory local protections.

Before formal disputes, please contact support@xpresspurge.com so we can try to resolve issues informally.
